Letting go of the mind, 29 March 2015, Amsterdam

6 creative people formed the group of March workshop and made it an inspiring and moving afternoon!

Making toxin-free egg tempera

We started with all natural paint making.

Process of everybody was different as well as everyone’s former experience with art and expression. We had one child (9) midst us who could create without inhibitions and even help his mother a little with a final touch!

Elly Poldervaart (textile designer) enjoying the freedom of intuitive painting

The background of participants were very diverse. Some had a degree in fine arts while others studied law or social work.

Our main goal was letting go of mind control and creating from intuition not from mind. For some it was harder that for others to let go and let happen. But with the aid of relaxing exercises and intuitive painting techniques everybody catched a creative golf to surf on. See the end results below and on the workshop-paintings page. Read what the students said on testimonials page. Find out the next workshop and register here.
